INDIVIDUAL GOAL SETTING AND SELF EVALUATION
Semi-annual reviews ensure that each employee’s professional and applicable personal goals are aligned with their career progression, the goals of their team and of the firm.
PERFORMANCE FEED-BACK
Feedback is provided after all major audit and tax engagements. And, once a year, a formal evaluation process takes place where performance and goals are reviewed. This process is taken very seriously at BPM. It is our objective to assist staff in reaching their professional goals.
MENTOR PROGRAM
New employees are partnered with a peer who acts as a guide for the first six months. After that, each individual is encouraged to select a “seasoned” staff to serve as a mentor. Mentors are trained to play a large role in setting career direction, identifying goals and establishing a plan to meet those goals.
TRAINING PROGRAM
BPM University provides staff with a variety of courses for personal and professional growth and development.
NETWORKING AND BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT
The firm provides numerous opportunities to develop networking, public speaking and presentation skills.
RECRUITING
From the beginning of an employee’s career at BPM, they have opportunity to become involved in recruiting. In addition to developing public speaking and leadership skills, this provides an opportunity to identify individuals who will further BPM’s further growth.
