For an independent, objective evaluation of our clients’ financial status, we offer auditing services. Audits provide the critical information needed for important business decisions that are to be made by investors, suppliers and lenders. We perform a full range of audit, review and compilation services to a wide variety of commercial industries and nonprofit organizations. We also specialize in pension auditing.

With the provisions of the Sarbanes-Oxley Act becoming law and the issuance of regulations related to its enactment, companies will experience an increase in the time and cost associated with compliance. Our approach to client service revolves around the goal of finding solutions to our clients’ varied and unique professional service needs. We work as a team with our clients to achieve the goals they have set for their organizations.

 

Responsibilities
  • Assist with the planning and executing of audit engagements
  • Supervise field audit engagements and assist in designing the approach to audits
  • Perform accounting of complex areas of a clients’ balance sheet and income statements, oversee the completion of clients’ annual reports and interact with clients to discuss field audit issues.
  • Develop and maintain client relationships, thus driving clients’ satisfaction
  • Research, understand and apply complex accounting concepts and auditing procedures
  • Develop, motivate and mentor staff by providing training, regular feedback and career guidance while fostering a team environment.

Qualifications

  • Exhibits meticulous attention to detail. Is committed to producing accurate and high-quality work.
  • Conscientiously and methodically approaches work. Sees tasks through to completion.
  • At least 3 years work experience, SEC experience preferred
  • Strong desire to continuously learn.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills.
  • Demonstrated leadership/supervisory experience.
  • BA/BS degree; accounting preferred.
  • Licensed CPA or CPA candidate.
