Experience includes developing strategies to minimize federal and state tax liabilities, planning business transactions, stock option planning, preparing income tax projections and analyzing alternatives, identifying and researching complex tax issues and representing clients before the Internal Revenue Service and the Franchise Tax Board. Experience in dealing with individual, trust, partnership, nonprofit and corporate clients. Industry experience includes manufacturing, software, professional services, real estate management, high-tech, venture capital, nonprofit, and high net worth individuals.
