Over thirteen years of experience in public accounting, including seven years experience in the Big Four most recently as an assurance senior manager, serving a variety of industries including manufacturing, life sciences, high tech and venture capital. Participated in numerous public offerings, private placements and business combinations and has extensive experience in the SEC registration and reporting process.
