Experience
Over 30 years specializing in corporate and international tax and the taxation of financial institutions. Experience includes consulting with companies that have ranged in size from the Bank of America to small to medium sized hedge funds. Considerable experience in corporate mergers and acquisitions. John is on the Advisory Board for the Graduate School of Taxation at Golden Gate University, where he has taught Mergers and Acquisitions, Advanced Corporate Tax and Consolidated Tax Returns. Formerly a tax partner with Ernst & Young and the Director in a National Office Merger and Acquisition group at Deloitte & Touche.
