Experience
Over twenty-five years of experience advising clients in a wide range of industries, including agriculture, natural resources, insurance, construction, manufacturing, real estate, wholesale/distribution and professional services. Over ten years of extensive and varied business valuation experience, with concentration on the tax and valuation aspects of business acquisitions and dispositions, succession planning, estate planning and marital dissolution. Also advises on retirement planning, estate and wealth transfer planning. Certified Valuation Analyst, and Accredited in Business Valuation by the AICPA.
