Partner in charge of the Assurance Services practice. Managing Partner of the Palo Alto and San Jose offices. Leads the Hi-Tech group.

Experience
Over twenty-five years experience working with middle market and publicly traded companies in the software, internet, semi-conductor, construction and manufacturing industries. Significant experience with IPOs and SEC compliance reporting as well as mergers and acquisitions, public and private financings and re-organizations. Ten years experience as a Big Four business assurance partner and two years as a CFO for a high tech company.

BA/Business Administration/Accounting – San Jose State University
