Experience
Seventeen years of experience in tax return preparation, tax planning and researching tax issues. Experience includes developing strategies to maximize net worth and minimize taxes, planning involving the exercise of ISO’s, assessing the tax implications of proposed transactions, preparing tax projections and identifying and researching complex tax issues. Practice concentrated on high net worth individuals and closely held businesses. Experience in representing a variety of industries, including professional services, distribution and manufacturing in the form of sole proprietorships, partnerships and corporations ranging from start-up companies to large consolidated corporations doing business in multiple states.
