Twenty-nine years of experience in public accounting and industry, including twenty-one years at a Big-Four and eight years as a CFO in private industry; six years at a publishing company and two years at an engineering company. During his public accounting career as a partner, Jeff served a variety of industries including real estate, manufacturing, software, high technology, engineer/construction and retail. Jeff has participated in numerous public offerings, private placements, business combinations, and has extensive experience in the SEC registration and reporting process.
