Experience
Seventeen years of experience in public accounting primarily serving middle market companies across a wide range of industries including software, biotech, professional services, distributors, manufacturers, real estate, construction and investment ventures. Experienced with financial reporting and general accounting issues as well as tax planning and reporting. Rebecca regularly serves in an advisory capacity to established and start-up privately held enterprises. Has also managed the wind-down and liquidation in trust of public companies and has been responsible for systems analysis, succession planning, transition of accounting personnel, and budgeting and forecasting projects.
