BPM provides a unique service to our clients that we refer to as Mezzanine Management. This involves taking a lead role as a member of the company’s executive team and function as a hands-on part of management. Because BPM is a full-service accounting and consulting firm, we have the capabilities of assisting the client in all areas of their infrastructure, be it accounting, tax, information technology, human resources or risk assessment. In order to be selected as a client of our Mezzanine Management Group, the company must be willing to work side-by-side with the consultants from BPM to achieve the goals which have been set for the business. BPM’s consultants meet monthly with the executive team and are in constant communication on a day-to-day basis. Our focus is cash management. As such we do an extensive amount of cash forecasting and studying the operating profitability of the company’s various divisions. As a representative of the company we meet with the company’s banks and financiers when structuring an equity round or a debt round of financing.
